Website Up and Running

Yo! Welcome to my site. Recently I’ve gotten more interested in web technologies and having a website, so I’ve registered a domain and set up a web server and some more fun stuff.

I’m not much of a blogger so I’m not sure how many “posts” like this I’m gonna make, but it seems like most themes in hugo are designed to function as blog themes and this one is no exception. I’ll see how well I can adapt it to show the things that I want such as my HTML5 games, but who knows, maybe I’ll start writing things in here? Only time will tell.

As part of having a webserver, I’ve been fascinated by the things I can self-host. Check out my gitea server, which is basically a FOSS self-hosted GitHub, which is really cool. I have some repositories getting mirrored into my GitHub account as well for more people to see. And since I learned how to use nginx to let multiple subdomains reside on one IP, I’ll probably self-host more things in the future!
