It’s the new year! I learned a bit more about Hugo and figured it’d be nice to add a bit more to my website which I’ve been wanting to for a while. There’s now a Links page which contains some links that I wasn’t sure where to put otherwise. It links to some smaller parts of my website, and I’ll be updating it overtime. Right now, it links to my PlatinumQuest Replay Portfolio and Unweighted among some other small things. I might even make a specific “Games” page if I post enough of them to this website, but for now it’s in the same page. Regardless, go check it out!

Yo gamers! I’ve now registered the domain thearst3rd.com!

Previous this website was being hosted on thearst3rd.tk with a free .tk domain. I registered it that way previous since I had no experience setting up a website and wanted to make sure that if in the worse case I couldn’t get a website up and running, at least I wouldn’t be out any money. Since then I’ve learned how setting up a domain with TLS works and got my website up, so I figured it’s about time to upgrade to a more “real” domain. Which I’ve done!

Yo! Welcome to my site. Recently I’ve gotten more interested in web technologies and having a website, so I’ve registered a domain and set up a web server and some more fun stuff.

I’m not much of a blogger so I’m not sure how many “posts” like this I’m gonna make, but it seems like most themes in hugo are designed to function as blog themes and this one is no exception. I’ll see how well I can adapt it to show the things that I want such as my HTML5 games, but who knows, maybe I’ll start writing things in here? Only time will tell.
